Dr. Gueniat & husband, Martin
Dr. Gueniat and her husband, Martin, recently performed at the Swiss Park in Whittier, California with the Swiss Singing Society Harmonie. Dr. Gueniat and her husband have been members of the Swiss Singing Society for years, which performs traditional Swiss folk songs in four languages throughout both America and Switzerland.
This year's concert was entitled "Prelude to our Swiss Trip", and was a great success in raising money to take the choir to Switzerland this September, where they will be performing several concerts all across the cantons of Switzerland.
The Swiss Harmonie keeps up the traditions of Switzerland in song and costume, but also performs music from their adopted homeland, America.

The Monrovia Animal Medical Center can accept emergencies during our normal business hours. It is best to call before coming when possible so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency. Pet emergencies include such events as; hit by a car; ingesting toxic substances such as rodent baits, chocolate, poisonous plants, or medications; trouble breathing; and uncontrolled bleeding. A veterinary technician will determine if your pet is critical upon arriving. If you feel your pet needs emergency treatment, do not hesitate to call or come directly to our clinic immediately.
If your pet has a condition that is not life-threatening, but you feel it needs care before an appointment is available, we offer urgent care services. We will make every possible effort to adjust our appointment schedule to accommodate your pet’s needs. Emergencies are accepted anytime our practice is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
FOR THOSE TIMES WHEN EMERGENCIES HAPPEN AFTER HOURS, WE RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING FACILITIES:
In cases when your pet may need more intensive treatment or immediate surgery, the veterinarian may refer your pet to a 24 hour specialty referral hospital.
These facilities have veterinary board certified specialists, for critical care, veterinary surgery, cardiology, ultrasound, endoscopy, and other critical diagnostic procedures for your pet on and emergency basis.
PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE:
Monrovia Animal Medical Center accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We also offer payment plans with Care Credit. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all diagnostic procedures, surgeries, and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
