Monrovia Animal Medical Center offers pet boarding as a courtesy to our regular patients and clients.
Visit our newly remodeled boarding facility!
We require a physical exam annually by a veterinarian from this hospital.
All vaccines must have been administered within the last twelve months including, DHPP, 4- way Leptospirosis, Bordetella and Corona for puppies. Rabies must have been administered within the last twelve or 36 months depending on age of pet.
If your pet does not receive his/her vaccinations at this facility, you must show written documentation that verifies current vaccinations. A puppy record book is not sufficient documentation. If any vaccines are past due, your pet must be vaccinated before boarding for his/her protection.
Monrovia Animal Medical Center strives to be a flea-free hospital. All pets will receive a complimentary Capstar tablet when they arrive. This is to ensure that they have no fleas while boarding at our hospital.
When you board your pet with Monrovia Animal Medical Center, we will serve a high quality dry food to your pets during their stay.
We will be pleased to feed a special diet of your choice, if you bring it with you.
Please bring the appropriate amount of medications your pet will need while boarding with us and provide directions on how to administer your pet's medication. Fees for medications that need to be filled or refilled during the time your pet is boarded will be added to your bill. In the event your pet becomes ill, you will be asked to authorize a form allowing us to initiate appropriate treatment until you can be reached.
Boarding patrons are required to sign an Estimate of Charges at time of drop off. Payment in full is due at the time of pick up.
